If your Name Story didn't turn out the way you hoped, we want to make it right.
30 days, no questions
Within 30 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund for any reason. You don't need to justify it. Email hello@houdhoud.com from the address you used at checkout, include your order number (or the name on the Name Story), and we'll take it from there.
How refunds work
Refunds are issued through Stripe, back to the original payment method. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to return the funds to your statement, depending on your bank. We don't take a processing fee out of refunds. You get back the full amount you paid. Once a refund is issued, your access to the Name Story PDF download link will be revoked.
Beyond 30 days
We're not strict about it. If something went wrong outside the 30-day window — a bug, a delivery failure, a duplicate charge — write to hello@houdhoud.com and we'll review it case by case.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks cost both of us money and time, and we'll almost always issue a straightforward refund faster than your bank can dispute one.
